    The UPS stores the last 250 alarms and events in the time stamped event log for easy diagnosis of power events or UPS faults.

    Quickly and easily upgrade firmware via network download for future product enhancements. Eliminates the need to replace products already installed in the field when new features are released. (Note: Networked units only)
  • MD5 Authentication Security
    User name and password in basic mode Enhanced mode employs advanced authentication scheme using the MD5 Algorithm.
  • Multiple System Shutdown
    APC provides a reliable, centralized power protection solution that is easy to install and manage. When an APC UPS is protecting multiple computer systems, Multiple System Shutdown enables the UPS to communicate reliably with all servers connected and provides gentle, unattended shutdown during an extended power outage.
  • Password Security
    User-selectable password with strong password rules and reset password mechanism.
  • Telnet Management
    Provides a simple telnet session or SSH for remote battery management access.
  • Web Management
    This Web-empowered technology enables administrators to complete a variety of tasks via APC’s Web site, including troubleshooting potential problems and proactively updating their UPSs power management features with-in PowerChute. It gives the user a link back to APC to aid in diagnosing/ordering/replacing a bad battery, provides upgrade information, and assists the user with warranty registration. (These features are not available on the SU420NET/620NET models).
