What size is the threaded rod of the Ladder Stacking Kit, and will ours fit on other manufacturer's ladder?

Customers ask for the thread size and dimensions of the threaded rod. They may also ask if the Ladder Stacking Kit can be used on other manufacturer's ladder.

Cause:
Customers need to know the spec of the threaded rod for installation design.

Resolution:
The threaded rod has 5/8"-11 coarse threads. The length is 12".
The Ladder Stacking Kit will mount onto a ladder rail with the maximum dimensions of 1 1/4" tall x 1/2" thick.
NOTE: Although this product is named Ladder Stacking Kit it is used to suspend a ladder. The ladder that's on top must be suspended, probably from above. This kit is then used to suspend another ladder underneath the first one.
