This document will go through all of the possible reason why this would happen on Network AIR FM Water Detected Shutdown Installation

Water detection alarm install
Resolution:
The Remote Power-Off [RPO] feature enables you to turn off functionality to the NetworkAir FM.This is not an Emergency Power-Off feature or Kill Switch.Power will not be stopped only the applicable modes will be stopped, causing the unit to become idle. Please use an Emergency Power-Off [EPO] system for complete protection in emergencies.
The PCIOM can be found in the User Interface Box.
Molex Plugs
NOTE: Don’t worry about the Output wires on the third Molex plug unless you are monitoring the common alarms with an external management system. This is only a dry contact, either NO or NC that will change state when it has satisfied the mapped event. This can be mapped in the Output Relay section. This will be discussed later.
Setting up 2 Inputs on 1 FM
You will just need to configure both Inputs accordingly.
User Interface Set-up
(This is done through the PowerView Display)
From the main screen use this path:
Setup >> System >> Input/Output >> Input Contacts
The above diagrams are wired to input #1 (If you use a different input then replace the input number with the input you use)
Input: 1 of 4 (use enter then the down/up arrow to change the input number)
Use the down/up arrow when it if to the far left to toggle through various changeable settings. Use Enter when the cursor is on the setting you would change, then the down/up arrow to make changes.
Fields
- Name: Use this section to name the Input. You can use Shutdown, PowerDown, EPO, or any other name you would like to use.
- Normal: Use this section to change the normal conditions of the circuit to either NO or NC
- Status: This section shows what the correct state of the circuit is at that instance
- Delay: Use this to adjust the time delay of the shutdown
NOTE: There is an initial none adjustable delay of 5 seconds for the contact. Example: if you have the delay set to 000 then after the contact changes state, it will take the initial 5 seconds to shutdown. If the delay is set to 10 seconds, it will actually be 15 seconds before the shutdown.
- Map: This is where you need to make changes for what you would like the unit to do when the contact changes state. For an immediate shutdown, you will need to set this field to Immediate Shutdown.
ALL SET
NOTE: With the above setup there will be no alarms or log of the event.The only way to tell the unit is off is through the status light and the green LED on the PCIOM. If you would like to get an alarm on the unit, do the instructions below.

Note: This is the name that will appear in the active alarms when the circuit is closed. Name it so you know exactly what it is referring to when it appears on the display.
- Normal: Set this field to Open
- Status: This section shows what the correct state of the circuit is at that instance
- Delay: Set this field to 000 s
- Map: Set this field to Major, Minor Alarm, or Status Only.
