APC by Schneider Electric defines a Green Premium product when there are available:
- An environmental declaration (PEP - Product Environmental Profile);
- An End-of-Life Instruction (EoLI);
- The content of substances of concern as specified in the European REACh Regulation;
- The declaration of no presence of lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) above the thresholds specified by the European RoHS directive.
- The declaration of no presence of lead, cadmium and mercury above the thresholds specified by the European Battery directive.
