Cause:
The threshold block range in the NetBotz appliance Advanced View motion mask settings is based on the Pelco camera primary stream settings. When the primary and secondary streams on the Pelco camera are not set to the same size, the threshold block range is set incorrectly in Advanced View.
Resolution:
Before adding the Pelco camera to the NetBotz appliance, ensure the primary and secondary streams on the Pelco camera match. Before configuring the motion mask settings in Advanced View, ensure the resolution in the Camera View matches the resolution of the selected Pelco camera.
