Issue:
Users requiring v2.3.1.6 firmware are unable to download from the APC/SE websites

Product:
Rack PDU's with an embedded NMC3, including but not limited to newer model AP8K and AP9K 

Solution:
v2.3.1.6 will be hosted in this KB article for users to download. This article will be removed when the files are available to download on the APC/SE websites.
