Why is there a Pack 0 showing on the PowerView display of my SURT 15/20kVA UPS?
Issue
The PowerView display of SURT 15/20kVA UPS shows the status of a Pack 0 in the Batteries menu.
Product Line

Environment
Cause
Pack 0 represents the global battery status if the system is using non-APC batteries in the UX configuration.
In a non-UX configuration, the Pack 0 status screen will still be available on the PowerView display even if the system has only APC battery packs connected. However, Pack 01 represents the 1st APC battery cabinet connected to the UPS, Pack 02 the 2nd APC battery cabinet, and so on.
Resolution
If using APC batteries, the values reported for Pack 0 can be ignored.
