Firmware Update Issues with Smart-UPS On-Line 1 to 10 kVA

Issue: The firmware update of the UPS may not complete successfully.

Product Line: All Smart-UPS SRT 1 to 10kVA models except those with UPS ID 1001, 1002, 1013 and 1014

Environment:
SRT & SRTL 1, 1.5, 2.2 & 3kVA UPS models with ID 1024 & 1046
SRT 1-3kVA UPS models with ID 1010, 1019, 1025, 1043, 1046
SRT 5 & 6kVA UPS models with ID 1020, 1044
SRT 8 & 10kVA UPS models with ID 1021, 1045
XU UPS models with ID 1017, 1025, 1033, 1043, 1057, 1058


Resolution: Schneider Electric is currently remediating this issue. Please do not update the firmware of your UPS until this is resolved. This FAQ will be updated as soon as a remediation is available.
