Issue:
Customer requests compatibility information between the Combination door handle or PX-HID lock, and the ARU.
Product Line:
NetShelter SX ARU, NetBotz PX-HID
Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.
Cause:
Customer requires secure access to the ARU.
Resolution:
The Combination Lock Handle and PX-HID Lock are not compatible with the ARU.
If additional security is required, the lock cylinder can be replaced to accept a unique key, as described in FAQ FA158606: http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158606/
