All 3 phase modular battery units.

Resolution:
For disposal of batteries used in 3 phase product applications Schneider only provides pre-paid shipping labels for batteries that are either under their initial 1 year warranty or for batteries being replaced as part of a specific battery contract.

Customers are welcome to ship batteries to the following address for proper disposal of 3 phase related batteries –

Schneider Electric
201 Fulling Mill Rd, Middletown, PA 17057

Note –

For all 3 phase batteries the customer is required to pay for the return ship of any battery that is not under warranty or specific Battery Service contracts.
Customers may arrange their own heavy weight pick up if desired thru major shipping companies.
Schneider does not provide packaging for returning batteries.
