Rewards points are uploaded to mySchneider once a year during the redemption period, which usually takes place at the beginning of the calendar year.
The point summary is not updated live. If the redemption period has passed and you are unable to find your points in the portal, please contact customer support.
There are a couple of ways to contact support:
1. Navigate to and select "Support" on the top navigation bar of mySchneider and select "Start Chat" to chat with our tech support team.
2. Select the chat option available on the bottom right area of any mySchneider page.
3. Or, select "Create new case" and enter the necessary information.
